EZ Fluid Solutions supplies AdBlue® and related fluid management products and services, including:

• ISO 22241 certified AdBlue® in bulk and packaged formats
• Storage tanks, pumps, and dispensing equipment
• Tank installation and commissioning services
• Certificate of Analysis with every batch

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

Quote Requests: All quote requests submitted through our website are not binding until confirmed by EZ Fluid Solutions in writing.

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by EZ Fluid Solutions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at the time of order acceptance.

Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in your quote or invoice. Standard payment terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. EZ Fluid Solutions is not liable for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery. The customer is responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

Quality Assurance: All AdBlue® products are manufactured to ISO 22241 standards and independently tested by NATA-approved laboratories.

Warranty: We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is limited to product replacement or refund at our discretion.

Warranty Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper storage or handling
• Contamination after delivery
• Products used beyond their shelf life
• Damage caused by third-party equipment or installations

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• EZ Fluid Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question
• We are not liable for vehicle damage, downtime, or operational losses unless caused by our proven negligence

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian Consumer Law.

• Comply with all applicable regulations regarding fluid management
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
